In this seminar, we study the typical communication phenomena in SNS, for example, "Twitter", "Instagram" and another SNS media. We will be learning this issue through quantitative method approach. So, for the students who are not familiar with this method, this subject seem to be difficult to learn appropriately. However, the instructor shall make some instructions for promoting the students to understand that kind of method in advance (typically at the first 2nd class or 3rd class of this subject) . Please join my class casually.

Brief Outline of History & Achievements

Withdrew from the doctorial course of Graduate School of Humanities and Sociology of The University of
Tokyo in 2006 with enough credits. After working as an assistant, an assistant professor, and so on for Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies of The University of Tokyo, took up the associate professor post at Research Institute of Media and Communication of Hokkaido Univ.
