In addition to the IMCTS Career Support Committee, graduate students can also receive an array of job hunting support services from the Hokkaido University Career Center.

Career Counseling

The Career Center staff can provide advice on writing entry sheets and curriculum vitae (but not corrections), hold mock interviews, handle job offers, and give general advice on employment.

Various Guidance

Staff can provide guidance and seminars for different audiences, such as for those who want to work in the private sector, international students, those who want to work as public servants, and those who want to be teachers.

Employment Support System

This system provides current students and graduates with information on job openings, as well as useful information on career support and job hunting activities via e-mail. The following functions are available:

  1. Browse job and internship information for Hokkaido University students.
  2. Reservations for events hosted by the Career Center
  3. Career counseling (by appointment only)
  4. Registration up for Career Center emails Etc.
