In order to provide an environment conducive to smoother research and study, IMCTS has established separate graduate student rooms for the master's and doctoral programs, with desks and spaces for each graduate student divided by partitions. The desks are equipped with network cables for full use of on- and off-campus online research resources. The graduate student rooms also have public equipment like computers, printers, and scanners. Some of the public PCs are installed with software that may be too expensive for individuals to purchase, but still essential for research, including statistical software, graphics software, editing software, and so on.
In addition, each floor of the main building is equipped with a lounge. These have refrigerators and microwaves, and students can use them for meals or socializing. Remember to stay quiet in the study rooms, and to keep communication in the lounge.
