Here we introduce the facilities to support campus life. The Hokudai Co-op (Hokkaido University Student Life Cooperative) Hokubu Branch is next to the North Library, and is frequented by undergraduates, faculty members, and our graduate students. There are convenience stores for use while on the way to school, or on evenings or weekends.

In addition to supplying meals, stationery, and daily essentials, this shop also offers the services below.
Hokubu Cafeteria
This cafeteria-style dining hall is on the first floor of the Hokubu building. It has seasonal dishes, value breakfasts, and a variety of other plans including popular periodic sweets sales of things like donuts, crepes, or Japanese buns.
General Shop, Book Store, Hokubu Travel Center
The second floor of the Hokubu building has sales shop with food, stationery, university goods, and daily necessities; a bookstore where you can buy textbooks, literature, magazines, etc.; and the Hokubu Travel Center for convenient travel arrangements.

Bank ATMS
There are ATMS operated by North Pacific Bank, the Hokkaido Bank, the Japan Post Bank on the first floor of the Hokubu building.
Operating Hours: Weekdays 9:00-19:00.
ID Photo Machine
There is a machine to take ID photos next to the entrance of the Hokubu shop 1st floor.
Convenience Store (Seicomart)
There is a Seicomart almost in the middle of the Hokkaido University Sapporo campus, across from the central dining hall. The first floor sells food, drinks, and daily necessities, and the second floor has a dining space. The open terrace on the second floor can be used for seminars and events, as well as for Hokkaido University's famous jingisukan (grilled mutton and vegetables) parties (jinpa for short).
